• If I’m not at the brewery, I’m in the mountains with my dog Brooklyn
• I enjoy hiking out in Los Padres whenever I have free time
• I NEVER trust a man in a tunic
• I wish I would have taken Italian when I was still at SBCC, it would have really helped me this last year…
• My family has been in the SVY area since the early 1900’s (Danish side, don’t let the last name fool you)
